INTECO MC products are certified
This is a mandatory procedure for the release of new equipment before it is allowed to be sold on the territory of the Russian Federation and its regional subjects, as well as for export to other countries.
Manufacturers of oil and gas equipment are required to pass the procedure for issuing a certificate of conformity for their products. Certification of oil and gas equipment is based on the rules prescribed in the Technical Regulation of Customs Union “On the safety of machinery and equipment” in correlation with international standards. Before receiving the mandatory certificate, the equipment is required to pass fire certification in the Department of the Emergency Control Ministry.
The certificate confirms the compliance of products with current standards, as well as guarantees their safety and reliability during operation. Manufacturers can also issue certificates GOST R and ISO, they are voluntary, but their presence is always additional evidence of high-quality products.
The manufacturing company will receive certificates for oil and gas equipment only after a thorough inspection of the products by a special authority, which organizes certification examination. Low-quality products are not certified, as any of their shortcomings can lead to serious accidents and losses during operation. Certification is a complex process. First, experts check the manufacturer’s documents, then a laboratory examination of the equipment is carried out, and only after that the necessary documents are issued.
