Removable packer Model CS-1

Description

This removable packer is used for various technological operations and production, including repair and insulation works, hydraulic fracturing, acid treatment and testing formations. The packer has bidirectional rams and a full-pass channel doesn’t create resistance when the liquid flows which ensures the passageway for the tool on the cable. There are also hydraulic upper rams and decompressor. The removable packer is used in casing columns with diameter of 114 — 194 mm.

Advantages:

  • It is securely installed in boring casings of any strength, including columns of the highest strength;
  • Long carbonized blocks work independently of the rams, allow passage through couplings, restrictions and profiles in cement stage collars easily;
  • The maximum operating temperature for rubber elements is 150 °C;
  • Hydraulic anchor;
  • The surface-controlled pressure balance valve doesn’t require a separate unloader.
