Removable service packer Model SRT
Description
This suspended full-pass packer is used for testing, flushing, repair and insulation works. In most boring casings, the tool descends with a circulation valve. The packer corpus contains a J-slot mechanism, mechanical and hydraulic rams, sealing element. Hydraulic rams are made from durable material and prevent lifting tool during discharging pressure to the sub-packer area.
Advantages:
- The full-pass packer channel allows to pump a large volume of liquid. The gadder and other wire tools can be lowered through the packer;
- The packer can be installed repeatedly;
- Tungsten carbide rams provide excellent grip and improve wearability in high-tensile boring casings. The column pressure activates the rams of the hydraulic mechanism;
- Additionally built-in circulation valve is locked in the open and closed position during repair and insulation works, flushing, and easily opens for circulation above the packer.
