Pakistan Refinery Limited has signed a long-term agreement for the supply of Russian oil. The first batch will arrive in December 2023.
Pakistan Refinery Limited appeared on the international energy map after it signed a long-term contract with Russia for oil supplies.
Previously, PRL had already imported more than 100 thousand tons of Russian Urals grade oil by two tankers and processed it. At the same time, PRL signed an agreement with The United Energy Group of China, according to which the company from China will invest $ 1.5 billion.
